Free Engineering Special

The Free Engineering is subject but not limited to the following.
Call to Confirm that your plan is qualified.

1. The Plan Must be Purchased from Alta Home Plans.
2. Must be a pre-developed plan (Stock Plan).
3. Single Level Home Plan.
4. Engineering to be performed By Michael Sotuyo Design & Engineering LLC.
5. Plan to be Constructed in Utah
6. Snow Load is 30 PSF or Less

Items not included
Suspended garages, homes with more than 20% Stick Framing (Rafters),
Free Engineering can be denied with or without reason.

Square Footage Calculation

How is the square footage calculated? The Square footage is calculated by measuring to the outside of the frame wall surrounding the heated living area. This does not include garages, porches, bonus space, or basements unless basement is finished.

Return Policy

Alta Home Plans does allow the return of plans that have not been opened.

To initate a return plans contact Alta Home Plans. The refund will be the price of the plan less the shipping and printing cost of your plan.

Shipping

Alta Home Plans will ship all orders in three business days for the date of the order. All orders are sent via UPS with Tracking information.
